Asnières - Site Patinoire

The Skating Rink site is situated on the Boulevard Pierre de Coubertin in the heart of a residential district of apartment blocks, some of which are undergoing urban renewal. It consists of a group of ageing sports facilities to demolish. The site is very well served by the metro both north and south, (line 13), the T1 (to the north), and the Grand Paris Express will arrive at Les Agnettes in 2030. The restructuring of the site includes the possibility of demolitionreconstruction to allow for a hybrid plan of housing, shops, sports and leisure activities. In order to conserve green spaces, a high-rise building may be constructed.
