Bondy - Chemin de Groslay

This site is situated in Bondy and borders onto the town of Bobigny. It is located at the foot of the A3 motorway embankment, in an area containing a mix of collective housing (the Abreuvoir housing estate), and detached houses. This vacant plot belongs to the Plaine de l’Ourcq territory which is undergoing transformation. At the moment, the site is served by a few bus lines and plays a major role in issues concerning the Pont de Bondy centrality. The arrival of the Grand Paris Express line 15 in 2030, the planned water park and the upgrading of the public spaces around Place Saint-Just will make it possible to strengthen this polarity, reinforce north/south connections on either side of the canal and improve accessibility to the town centre from the districts to the north. The planned programme is currently open as not yet defined.
