Saint Ouen - Stade Bauer

The Bauer Stadium site covers over 3.5ha and is currently home to the Red Star 93 football club and other public facilities. lt is not general/y accessible except from the north and is part of a mixed, dense/y-popu/ated urban fabric of collective and individua/ housing and economic and industria/ activities, not far from the f/ea market to the south. lt is served by 11 bus lines and the metro (lines 13 and 4, 10 – 15 minutes wa/k away, and short/y line 14). The p/anned project wi/1 invo/ve the rehabilitation of this constricted urban space, keeping the stadium in the town centre and opening the area up towards the Rue Bauer, Rue Michelet and the flea market. The operation could therefore combine a 12,000-seater stadium, a themed shopping mal/ and an underground car park.
