Paris 15ème - Quai d'Issy

The plot benefits from an exceptional visibility being located next to the Seine, near the Boulevard Périphérique ring road and beside the RER C railway lines. “Outside the city” for now and used for stocking materials, its transformation is part of a wider approach to revitalise the green belt. It should contribute to improving the urban characteristics of this territory at the interface between sectors, many of which are already undergoing changes, with the arrival of the tertiary hub at Issy-les-Moulineaux and the recent installation of the Ministry of the Army.
